FARO 3
The FARO 3 coordinate detecting machine is used to check the 3D coordinates of each cutter, including the back rank and side rank. With the scan sensor, we get the full 3D coordinate data of the manufactured bit. This enables us to make a highly accurate comparison with the designed model. If the scanned coordinate data matches the designed coordinate data, it is a qualified product. If it is not a match, we reproduce a new bit and scrap the unqualified one. This ensures top quality and consistency of the finished product.
